We have been rated as a 4 star Guest accommodation by Visit Britain and have been awarded Tripadvisors Certificate of Excellence for 2011. The Bed and Breakfast is very close to the towns transport network. The town's main train station and most of the main bus routes can be accessed with a 5 minute walk. We are also just a short walk from the Southport Theatre and Convention Centre and Southport Pier. We can also be found within a 10 minute walk of Victoria Park home to the Southport Flower show. Our newly refurbished rooms contain flat screen televisions complete with freeview, orthopaedic beds, radio alarms, a hospitality trays and complementary toiletries. For breakfast we provide guests with a choice of English breakfast or continental which includes cereals, fruit and yogurt. Please also note it may be possible to organise an early check in upon request. BY TRAIN INTO SOUTHPORT STATIONWe are located just a 5 minute walk away from Southport train station. In order to get to the Sunnyside, turn right outside the main entrance to the train station which will take you on to the pedestrianised Chapel Street. From there turn left on to London Street and head about 100 yards down the street until you reach the Obelisk at the memorial. Then cross Lord Street and approximately 100 yards down Nevill Street staying on the right hand side of the road. Turn into Bath Street staying on the left hand side until you reach the corner of Bath Street and Bold Street where we can be found. BY CARIf travelling in by car we recommend the use of a satellite navigation system or a suitable route planner such as AA or RAC which can be found on the requisite websites.
